Congratulations! We are excited to have you be a part of Native Art Market vending program. We are now serving two locations within the Scottsdale area.
Outdoor Market:
The Pavilions of Talking Stick
9151 E Indian Bend Rd, Scottsdale, Az 85281
November-March, Saturday and Sundays
Set up time: 8am-9am
Market Hours: 9am-3pm
Indoor Market: Vending & Consignment
Old Town Scottsdale
7215 E Main St, Scottsdale, Az 85281
Set up time: 10am-11am
Market Hours: 9am-3pm
Please note, "Jewelry" vendors are limited to 2 weekends per month. “Non jewelry” vendors are NOT limited to the amount of weekends they can participate in the market.
PURCHASING SELLING DAYS:
You may reserve a vending space for November to December on October 1st, 2021. So long as there is availability. Spaces are first come, first serve. Selling days for January thru March go on sale December 1st. Several weekends can be purchased at one time. Overnight security is provided. Saturday evenings, complete tear down of your area is not necessary. Overnight security is provided. However, we highly recommend that products for sale/inventory should be taken overnight. Please make sure your canopy is secured by proper wieghts. Native Art Market and Pavilions at Talking Stick are not responsible for theft, loss or damage. If you are interested in a day that is sold out, feel free to email us at NativeArtMarket@gmail.com to get on a waiting list for that day. We have included instructions below on how to purchase selling days on your phone, on your desktop and over the phone:

Select weekend you would want to be at market
Next, weekend you would like to reserve.
Add all weekends to cart.
Checkout.
Enter payment information.
How to purchase days on a desktop:
Reserve vending spaces at our new vendor website www.namfam.org.
Select Purchase Vendor Days
Site will prompt you to login. Login.
First time users will have to wait for approval. Usually up to 5 minutes during normal business hours.
Once approved return to "Reserve Vendor Space."
When you find a day you are interested in, you can click on “Add to Cart.” Add as all weekends wanted. (Jewelry is limited to 2 weekends per month)
Check out.
Your receipt for purchase will be emailed automatically and your online portal will also have your purchases on file.
How to purchase days over the phone:
Call us at (707) 733-6443.
Let them know what days you are waiting to purchase.
Payment is taken over the phone.
Please make sure you are available for selling dates prior to purchase. No refunds or credits will be given unless the market is closed due to weather. If you cannot attend, we require 72 hours in advance notice at (707)773-6443. Native Art Market will attempt to resell your space. Our goal is to ensure selling spaces are full for a successful event. If you do not give any advance notice, you will be disinvited from all future events and no refund will be issued. Furthermore, SRPMIC and The Pavilions at Talking Stick have requested not to be contacted regarding refunds or credits. Native Art Market's outdoor market is hosted on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Vendors are required to obtain a SRPMIC business license. You have the option of purchasing a year long license or a one weekend license under “Event License.” You can also call Obtain a SRPMIC Business License HERE.
